About Faiza

Faiza is a self-taught artist with a penchant for acrylics, as she breathes life into abstract landscapes and still-life compositions. With a keen eye for detail and colour, Faiza's artwork uses both canvas and high-grade canvas paper, to translate her artistic journey.

Drawing inspiration from the world around her, Faiza's abstract landscapes invite colours and shapes that intertwine to evoke memories of her own experiences of her environment. In her still-life pieces, she plays with hues and highlights, infusing everyday objects with newfound vibrancy.

Beyond the canvas, Faiza is a Trauma Counsellor, lending her compassionate ear to those in need. In moments of respite, she finds solace in the company of her beloved cat, Sheeba, or reading or exploring interesting places around Melbourne, Australia.
